
Strategic Client Growth Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Wealth Manager to drive the expansion of our client base. This role is primarily focused on acquiring new clients, identifying business opportunities, and promoting our suite of investment products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively acquire new Retail and HNI clients through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and market mapping
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow the client base and AUM (Assets Under Management)
- Understand prospective clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences to offer tailored solutions
- Conduct effective presentations and pitch investment offerings, including equities, mutual funds, bonds, insurance, and other products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account activation of new clients
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve defined acquisition and revenue targets
- Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and regulatory developments to improve acquisition strategies
- Provide ongoing service and support to acquired clients, ensuring smooth transition into long-term relationship management
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity, leads, conversions, and client interactions using CRM tools
