
Strategic Client Manager

About this role, we're seeking a results-driven professional to manage key client relationships and drive growth in our learning services business.
Key Responsibilities:- Support senior leadership in developing and executing sales strategies to grow our learning service offerings to clients worldwide.
- Engage with clients to identify unmet needs and potential service gaps that could represent new opportunities for our company.
- Develop tailored sales materials and presentations to support upsell or renewal initiatives.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of response documents for RFI and RFP requests, including slide decks, rate cards, and solution overviews.
- Coordinate quarterly business review (QBR) preparations and presentations, as well as other related governance activities.
- Analyze win/loss data and sales KPIs across the portfolio to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct research on client organization changes that may signal new opportunities for our company.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align our solutions with client needs.
- Respond to routine client inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Contribute to the preparation of business reviews, presentations, and reports.
- Monitor account metrics, including SLA performance, client satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
- Support opportunity tracking and contribute to renewal preparation and upsell coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal systems and documentation.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Presentation and pitching skills to create a strong impression of our capabilities.
- Clear and professional communication in both verbal and written formats.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and reporting tools.
- Commercial acumen to make informed decisions about opportunities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with CRM tools is an asset.
- Team-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to managing client needs.
- Ability to work under direction but also take initiative on smaller tasks and projects.
- High level of professionalism in external-facing communications.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, global environment.
