Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide strategic consulting services, delivering valuable insights and solutions that drive business growth.
  2. Support business development teams in developing strategies to meet client objectives.
  3. Manage and supervise global projects across various therapeutic areas.
  4. Supervise local healthcare professional targeting projects, presenting results of referral and prescription pattern analyses.
  5. Assist in pitches, sales, and marketing efforts, including proposal preparation and participation in sales meetings.
  6. Create, develop, and maintain project presentation materials, meeting agendas, minutes, and training materials.
  7. Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
  8. Collaborate with client teams to address business questions and develop data-driven strategies using industry-leading platforms.
  9. Liaise with client support teams.
  10. Prepare client deliverables in the form of presentations and reports, presenting them to client teams.
  11. Develop and maintain project plans, launch plans, and client solution sites.
  12. Ensure medical integrity and accuracy throughout all client projects.
  13. Provide strategic support to medical, commercial, and regulatory teams using data-driven insights.
  14. Perform other related duties as assigned.
  15. Manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.

Requirements

  • Masters Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-10 years of related experience in consulting or client services.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel), project management software, word processing software (Word), email software (Outlook), and presentation software (PowerPoint).
