Job Title: Mainframe Tester

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Tester to join our team.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop automation scripts and tools using ALM, Selenium, and other technologies.
  • Understand requirements, develop test strategies, and write functional test cases.
  • Work on payroll/HCM or financial domain projects.
  • Maintain high-quality written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in work approach and ability to move across roles.
  • Showcase problem-solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Agile methodology is preferred.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in mainframe testing with COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, DB0, and SQL Queries.
  • B.Tech/B.E. Computer Science & Engineering degree.
  • Prior experience working on permanent rolls with good organizations.
