Environmental Health and Safety Leadership Role
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of national and international environmental health and safety standards, including PSM, OHSAS 18001, ISRS, BSC, and Dupont.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage EHS budgets based on audit findings, regulatory requirements, and material consumption trends.
- Design and implement EHS yearly plans to promote compliance with established practices and recognize employee contributions.
- Maintain liaison with government bodies for submitting returns and forms as required.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain accurate records.
Candidate Profile:
- Organize internal and external EHS training programs.
- Attend central and zonal EHS committee meetings.
- Conduct internal and external audits.
- Plan and execute various EHS campaigns and events to increase employee awareness.
- Participate in state and national-level competitions organized by institutions.
- Ensure emergency preparedness within the organization and inform relevant authorities.
