Senior Environmental Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist with a proven track record in auditing and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience and hold a degree in chemistry or chemical engineering. This individual must be well-versed in various environmental, health, and safety standards and regulations, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
As an EHS professional, this person will be responsible for conducting thorough audits to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations. They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will also be required to develop and maintain procedures and policies related to EHS management.
To excel in this role, the EHS Specialist should have a strong understanding of risk assessment, hazard identification, and control measures. They must be able to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve EHS performance.
In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. A proven track record of successfully leading EHS initiatives and improving organizational performance is highly desirable.
