Proactive Health, Safety, and Environmental Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental Professional to support the safe execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management with a passion for promoting a safety-first culture.
The successful candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience in HSE, preferably in construction, fabrication, installation, and/or commissioning projects/operations in the oil and gas petrochemical industries.
Key Qualifications Include:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering or Science discipline
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification
- Lead Auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent certifications
Additional Skills and Competencies Required:
- A strong understanding of HSE issues, practices, and behavioral aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business
- Leadership and team management skills
- Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
We require the ability to lead a team of HSE personnel, develop and implement HSE plans, conduct training/awareness sessions, investigate incidents, and speak, read and write English fluently.
