We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of training programs focused on safety protocols and best practices.


About the Role:
  • This position requires strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging training materials, presentations, and workshops that promote awareness and understanding of EHS policies and procedures.
  • Key responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives, staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations, and providing guidance and mentorship to EHS specialists and coordinators.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, with a proven track record in designing and delivering EHS training programs.
  • Extensive experience in regulatory compliance and risk management is essential.
