Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Management Lead to lead the planning and execution of on-ground projects and events. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, a sharp design sense, and the ability to integrate new-age technology into event setups.

  • Plan and manage end-to-end execution of on-ground projects, including venue finalization, setup, set design, LED screens, branding collaterals, and more.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver set and venue designs accordingly.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in event planning, production, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of set design, lighting, and event technology.
