We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Revenue Optimization Lead to lead pricing, forecasting, and distribution optimization across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning and executing the revenue management strategy across multiple boutique hotel properties
  • Implementing data-driven approaches to identify pricing opportunities, recommend changes, and optimize rate updates
  • Providing regular business insights and performance reports to stakeholders
  • Analyzing key performance indicators such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace, and lead times to inform strategic decisions
  • Utilizing Cloudbeds (our property management system) to adjust rates, manage restrictions, and optimize inventory
  • Conducting market analysis and tracking demand trends, local events, and seasonal fluctuations
  • Developing and managing online travel agency (OTA) pricing, availability, and promotions
  • Presenting weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports to leadership
  • Evaluating pricing strategies and promotions for effectiveness and adjusting as needed
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel revenue management or pricing strategy
  • Strong knowledge of revenue metrics and forecasting techniques
  • Hands-on experience with OTAs and dynamic pricing tools
  • Familiarity with Cloudbeds or similar property management systems
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (data modeling, pivot tables, trend analysis)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and make strategic decisions
