Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our outreach and partnerships team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to engage with target audiences, identify new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations, and plan and execute outreach campaigns using various channels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Outreach Strategy Development: Identify target audiences and develop effective outreach strategies to reach and engage them.
  • Partnership Identification: Research and identify new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and promotional activities.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and implement outreach campaigns using various channels, including social media, email marketing, events, and community initiatives.
  • Cross-Promotion and Collaboration: Seek opportunities for cross-promotion and mutually beneficial collaborations with other organizations.
  • Awareness Raising: Develop and execute promotional campaigns to raise awareness about our programs, services, and initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content for promotional materials, such as brochures, websites, social media posts, and press releases.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Event Planning: Plan events to reach out to potential audience.
  • Representation: Represent our organization at events, conferences, and community gatherings to promote our mission and initiatives.
  • Networking: Attend meetings and networking events to build relationships with potential partners and stakeholders.
  • Presentations and Workshops: Conduct presentations and workshops to educate and engage target audiences.
  • Lead Generation: Generate enquiries through outreach events.
  • Partner Acquisition: Establish partnerships with new companies annually to expand placement opportunities.
  • Relationship Strengthening: Strengthen relationships with existing corporate partners through regular engagement activities.
  • Visibility Enhancement: Represent our organization at key forums like CII, TiE, and Tech Summits to boost visibility.
  • Placement Opportunities: Foster global placement opportunities through partnerships with multinational corporations.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage FDP & MDP consulting projects.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree: Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in corporate relations, community engagement, or related fields, preferably in an educational institution or a similar environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinking, innovation, and a proactive approach to engaging industries.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and database management.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility in working hours, as the role may involve occasional evening or weekend events.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for alumni engagement purposes.
