Job Title:

A Senior Analyst position is available to support Corporate Communications in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will assist the lead in various initiatives, including internal communication, events and media, digital and social media, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support drafting, formatting, and publishing internal communication materials (emails, newsletters, announcements).
  • Assist with employee engagement campaigns, leadership messages, and intranet content.
  • Help coordinate townhalls, leadership connections, and awareness drives.
  • Provide logistical and creative support during internal events.
  • Maintain archives of communication assets, photos, and video content.
  • Monitor corporate social media handles and track engagement metrics.
  • Draft posts and coordinate approvals with relevant departments.
  • Maintain a calendar of communication activities and provide updates. Track and report analytics on communication initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience in corporate communications, marketing, or content roles is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms.
  • Good organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Capable to multitask and meet timelines.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic to take up new challenges.
  • Interest in corporate culture, storytelling, and visual branding.
