Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder & Client Management:
    • Manage client relationships to deliver impeccable service.
    • Partner with stakeholders to build strategic alliances.
  • Leadership & Team Development:
    • Lead a team of managers and professionals.
    • Define KRAs and monitor performance.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in audience acquisition, event operations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven track record of driving audience acquisition for large-scale events.
  • Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
