Job Description

This is a highly challenging role that involves leading placement initiatives for trainees, ensuring strong industry absorption.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in Finance, Consulting, BFSI, IT, and EdTech sectors.
  • Organize campus drives, interviews, and placement events to connect trainees with top corporations.
  • Maintain comprehensive dashboards, hiring trackers, and alumni networks to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Onboard corporate partners for training, internships, and hiring collaborations to enhance business development.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to design proposals and frameworks tailored to corporate needs, represent the organization at networking events, and drive business growth by generating B2B opportunities and executive education leads.
