Responsibilities:

Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead our campus operations, ensuring a seamless student experience from academics to activities. They'll be responsible for managing budgets, collaborating across departments, and driving effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the campus operations, identifying and eliminating obstacles to create a thriving learning environment.

2. Manage P&L and cross-functional teams at campus, coordinating initiatives with the central program team.

3. Work closely with academics and student success teams to drive clear visibility of students' progress and outcomes.

4. Develop processes to improve engagement levels and performance of students through pedagogy, content, and class delivery.

5. Manage campus-level marketing and branding, working closely with placement and training cells to deliver internship and placement outcomes.

6. Foster strong collaboration and bonding with partner universities.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 6+ years of experience in Category Management.

2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with prior software development experience preferred.

3. Goal-driven, with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to balance long-term processes while achieving short-term goals.

5. Empathy toward students, with a desire for aspirational outcomes.
