Job Description

This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and operation of housekeeping services for a large corporate campus.

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that aligns with overall corporate objectives.
  • Establishing performance metrics to measure cleaning quality, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with expertise in modern cleaning technologies, environmental health and safety regulations, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Management:

  • Executing a data-driven approach to optimize housekeeping services.
  • Overseeing labor costs, equipment procurement, and supply management.
  • Forecasting and managing capital expenditures for cleaning equipment and operational expenditures for consumables.

Operational Excellence and Quality Assurance:

  • Implementing standardized cleaning protocols and procedures.
  • Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Leveraging technology to optimize workflows and track service delivery.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Leading and managing a large team of housekeeping staff, supervisors, and vendors.
  • Developing and delivering training programs on best practices, safety protocols, and customer service.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:

  • Ensuring full compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
  • Implementing infection prevention and control measures to maintain a healthy work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in housekeeping or facility management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven experience managing budgets, vendors, and large teams.

Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, equipment, chemicals, and industry best practices.

Expertise in health, safety, and sanitation regulations and compliance.
