About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity for a skilled sales professional who can identify and connect with key decision-makers in IT companies (India & USA) to pitch Oxcytech's remote developer services.
Key Responsibilities:- Pitch Oxcytech's remote developers for hiring, focusing on building long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Work closely with our delivery team for resume submissions and client coordination, ensuring seamless placements.
- 4–7 years of experience in IT staffing, B2B sales, or client acquisition, preferably with a strong network in IT companies.
- A clear understanding of remote developer hiring and the ability to independently drive end-to-end sales cycles.
