Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled C RM Executive to join our mid-level team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in customer relationship management, with a passion for data analysis and sales strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and provide exceptional post-sale experiences.
  • Manage CRM database, ensuring accuracy and consistency in client data and reports.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure documentation is accurate and complete, and update clients on project status.
  • Assist customers with queries related to legal, registration, banking, and other matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures, identifying and reporting discrepancies to management.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly reports.
  • Recruit, train, manage, and develop the CRM team.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfactory closures.
  • Track outstanding customer collections and obtain bank approvals for project housing loans.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and CRM software (mandatory).
  • Strong reporting and analytics capabilities, enabling data-driven decision-making (mandatory).
  • Exceptional data analysis skills to interpret consumer behavior and optimize sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Problem-solving attitude, navigating complex client interactions and providing solutions.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in client data and reports.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance client engagement and sales performance.
  • Strong organizational skills, managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
