Customer Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement & Feedback Collection:
- Contact customers post-purchase to gather honest feedback through product review calls.
- Engage with customers to understand their experience through customer feedback surveys.
- Abandoned Cart Follow-Up:
- Contact customers who have left items in their carts to follow-up and encourage completion of abandoned transactions.
- Present offers or discounts to incentivize customers to complete their purchases.
- Order Fulfillment & Coordination:
- Reach out to customers to verify order details through verification calls.
- Ensure orders are processed promptly and efficiently.
- Customer Inquiry Handling:
- Answer incoming calls and messages related to product details in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with addressing and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Record customer interactions and order details accurately in Excel.
- Prepare necessary documentation or communication summaries in Word.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is essential for success in this role.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must, with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Candidates should possess a friendly, attentive, and proactive approach to meeting customer needs.
- Able to manage multiple tasks accurately and make quick decisions to resolve customer concerns.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
