We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team at Aarav Global Products & Services Pvt. Ltd. This full-time employment opportunity requires a maximum of 6 years of work experience and is based in Malad. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone to drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our services and products
  • Answer questions about the company, its offerings, and address any objections customers may have
  • Generate sales leads by following up on marketing campaigns and cold calling
  • Maintain detailed records of conversations and customer information in the company's CRM system
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and objectives
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction
  • Provide constructive feedback to management regarding customer needs, concerns, and interests
