Technical Consultant for Human Resource Systems

The primary objective of this role is to provide technical expertise in the implementation and maintenance of human resource systems.

  • Active certification in HR management is a mandatory requirement.

Key qualifications include:

  • 4-10 years of experience in implementing and maintaining Infor Global HR/Lawson systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Desirable: Master's degree in human resource management.
  • Proven experience in at least one end-to-end implementation project, covering requirement gathering, business analysis, system design, configuration, integration, testing, and application maintenance.
  • Experience in Core HR, Benefits, Health & Safety modules of Infor/Lawson S3 Global HR.
  • Desirable: Experience in Performance, Goals, Succession, Compensation modules of Infor Talent Management.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in configuration errors, database errors, job failures, extensions, and interfaces.
  • Advantage: Experience in version Infor HCM CloudSuite v11.0.1, Mingle 11, and Mingle 12.
  • Added advantage: Experience with Java/JavaScript/JSP and SQL for technical configuration of extensions and integrations.
  • Additional advantage: Experience with Infor ION, Infor Process Automation/Developer (IPA/IPD).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required to ensure seamless system operation.
