Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Systems Administrator to take full ownership of our global HR systems architecture.

This role is central to ensuring our platforms operate smoothly, data remains accurate, and our systems support both strategic and operational HR needs across the business.

  • The successful candidate will lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our HR technology stack, working closely with analysts to ensure accuracy and timeliness of people analytics and with IT department on broader systems integrations and infrastructure updates.
  • They will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HR systems, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations in partnership with IT and external vendors.
  • Maintain system configuration, security roles, workflows, and user access controls to ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data across all platforms.
  • Partner with HR data analysts to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable HR reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct regular audits and data validations to ensure system integrity.
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation within HR systems to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Serve as the HR systems expert to troubleshoot issues and provide support to global HR teams.
  • Act as the bridge between HR and IT, ensuring HR technology aligns with company-wide system architecture.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HR systems administration within a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience with SaaS-based HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, talent management, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems integrations, project management, and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
