Process Improvement Consultant

Greetings from our organization.

We are seeking experienced professionals to enhance our capabilities in deploying Continuous improvement methodologies across various industry domains.

About the Role

  • This role requires a strong understanding of improvement methodologies like Six Sigma and LEAN.
  • The ideal candidate will have good awareness of RPA/Digital technologies and 8+ years of experience in driving Process Improvement projects/initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Identify Opportunities for Growth
  • Analyze requirements with strong domain knowledge, understanding of business scenarios, and technology constraints.
  • Implement process automation solutions in Finance and Accounting (F&A) Domain.

2. Mentor and Lead Projects

  • Mentor/Lead Process Improvement projects using Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, Lean, and Design Thinking methodologies.
  • Conduct reviews and guide project leaders for storyboarding and updates.

3. Client Engagement

  • Participate in client interactions to present process improvement case studies.
  • Establish governance for project opportunity identification, workshops, validations, and sign-offs.

4. Build Excellence Culture

  • Design and deploy a customized Process Improvement framework for engagements.
  • Drive certification programs at the engagement level and participate in training programs as trainers.

5. Analyze Feedback and Drive Improvement

  • Support process owners to drive improvement plans for Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) at the organizational level.
