Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Business Operations & P&L Lead. This position demands a highly analytical individual with excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and expertise in financial management.

This key role involves overseeing the daily operations of our supply chain, including procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels through accurate demand forecasting and planning, driving inventory efficiency, and reducing working capital tied to stock.

Additionally, the chosen candidate will be expected to develop and maintain dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets for decision-making purposes, monitor and report KPIs related to inventory, fulfillment, and financial metrics, and prepare documentation and coordinate internal and external audits.

The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in handling business operations & P&L, proven team leadership experience with cross-functional collaboration, strong analytical mindset with command over Excel, dashboarding, and reporting, and experience with ERP platforms (Odoo, Zoho preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels through accurate demand forecasting and planning
  • Drive inventory efficiency and reduce working capital tied to stock
  • Implement and optimize supply chain processes to enhance fulfillment and reduce delays
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly P&L reports and provide actionable insights
  • Partner with leadership to manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Support cost control initiatives and improve ROI on operations
  • Lead and mentor a small team across operations and finance functions
  • C Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and finance teams for aligned execution
  • Collaborate with external vendors and logistics partners to ensure SLA adherence
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets for decision-making
  • Use tools like Odoo, Zoho, or other ERP systems to manage data, processes, and workflows
  • Monitor and report KPIs related to inventory, fulfillment, and financial metrics

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in handling business operations & P&L
  • Proven team leadership experience with cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong analytical mindset with command over Excel, dashboarding, and reporting
  • Experience with ERP platforms (Odoo, Zoho preferred)
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, procurement cycles, and cost optimization
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • Experience working in D2C, e-commerce, or rental-based businesses
