Process Improvement Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to join our Business Operations team. This role is focused on enhancing operational efficiency, supporting data-driven decision-making, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Professional Services, DevOps, and Product teams in running core business processes (e.g., project portfolio, budgets, resources, asset management, CRM/ERP).
  • Coordinate recurring operational processes to ensure data quality and business continuity.
  • Drive small internal change & improvement projects – from requirements gathering to implementation.
  • Act as an administrator for internal systems (CRM, ERP, reporting tools).
  • Prepare clear reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations coordination, business analysis, or change management.
  • Background in the IT sector, with experience in CRM/ERP (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint, PowerBI, or Azure DevOps is a bonus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural, and hybrid work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/diploma in Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications in Business Analysis, Project/Change Management are a plus.
  • Fluent in English (other languages a bonus).
