Job Description

A Transformation Lead for Business Efficiency is required to drive process improvements and operational alignment across clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • To design, facilitate, and execute technology-enabled solutions that enhance business performance.
  • To oversee the redesign and implementation of supply chain processes, including demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning.
  • To conduct comprehensive software selection processes for point solutions or platform technologies.
  • To lead the deployment of a supply chain S&OP and control tower solution, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • To analyze and interpret supply chain data to inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • To consult on and implement field service technologies, optimizing service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • To develop and deploy parts delivery optimizer solutions, streamlining logistics and reducing costs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in leading business transformation projects, driving process improvements, and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in supply chain analytics and data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with technology-enabled business solutions, including ERP systems, CRM platforms, and supply chain management software.
