Project Manager - Business Transformation

This is a key role for someone who can lead execution of assigned projects, manage day-to-day activities and ensure successful project delivery.

Job Description
  • Lead end-to-end execution of assigned projects ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Manage scope, financials, resourcing, timelines, toll gates, risks, and quality assurance to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing technology projects along with at least one function such as procurement domain, process improvement, continuous improvement, change management, operating model design.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience of working as a Project Manager/Scrum Master as a service provider (not in internal projects)
  • Knowledge of functional supply chain and planning processes, including ERP/MRP, capacity planning, and managing planning activities with contract manufacturers
  • Experience in implementing ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle
  • Functional knowledge of supply chain or after sales service operations
  • Demonstrable track record of delivery and impact in managing/delivering transformation, with minimum 6-9 years experience in project management business transformation
  • Excellent interpersonal (communication and presentation) and organizational skills
  • Understanding application of Agile and waterfall methodology

The selected candidate must be able to effectively communicate and engage stakeholders across the matrix up to VP level.
