Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented B2C Sales Specialist to join our dynamic
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers,
qualifying leads, presenting our coaching products, and closing deals with new and existing
customers. Building lasting relationships with customers and achieving sales targets in a fast-
paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial outreach to potential clients to assess their needs and fit for our
coaching programs.
Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure high-quality prospects.
Present and demonstrate our coaching services to potential clients, highlighting the
benefits and value proposition.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients throughout the sales cycle.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Regularly update and manage the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and
reporting and track all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
2-3 Years of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in coaching, personal
development, or related industry.
Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to understand and address client needs.
Proficiency in using CRM tools like Lead Squared, HubSpot, etc...)
