City Greens is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agriculture Business Development executive to join our dynamic team This opportunity offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the indoor vertical farming industry and business development You will be working on researching market opportunities developing business strategies and supporting the growth of City Greens innovative agricultural projects Hindi Is mandatoryKey Responsibilities 1 Market Research - Conduct research on market trends competitive landscape and potential opportunities in the indoor vertical farming and hydroponics sectors - Identify potential partners clients and new markets for business expansion 2 Data Analysis - Analyze data to identify patterns and insights that can inform business strategies - Assist in preparing reports presentations and business models based on research findings 3 Business Strategy Support - Assist in the development of business plans and go-to-market strategies tailored to City Greens offerings - Support the business development team in executing strategies to acquire new clients or expand existing relationships 4 Client Relations - Help manage communications with prospective and current clients - Participate in meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders 5 Project Support - Assist in managing agricultural projects ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing sales and operations to support City Greens business objectives 6 Administrative Support - Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings preparing documents and maintaining records - Assist in organizing events conferences or webinars related to indoor vertical farming and business development RequirementsRequirementsEducation Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor s or Master s program in Agriculture Business Agribusiness or a related field Skills - Strong research and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Experience Prior experience in agriculture agribusiness or business development is a plus but not required Passion A strong interest in indoor vertical farming and sustainable agriculture BenefitsBenefits- Hands-On Experience Gain practical experience in business development within the indoor vertical farming sector - Professional Growth Opportunity to work with experienced professionals and gain insights into the agricultural industry - Networking Build connections with industry leaders clients and stakeholders - Casual Work Environment Enjoy a relaxed dress code with casual clothing -Incetives performance based incentives will be provided
