Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our automation efforts, driving innovation and efficiency across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing scalable and efficient automation solutions using a blend of modern technologies and legacy systems.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading a team of developers in delivering automation solutions, overseeing Agile delivery of high-quality products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement impactful automation. You will also be responsible for promoting automation to enhance risk management, client experience, and efficiency, as well as ensuring policies and procedures align with evolving risk and control requirements.

In addition, you will manage regulatory requests and reporting of End User Computing Applications, collaborate with Business Architects to enable future-state processes through automation, and secure and manage automation budgets. Your expertise in Microsoft tools, workflow tools like Appian, and data modeling leadership will be essential in driving success in this role.

If you have 10+ years of managing automation teams in the financial services industry, expertise in ETL tools, and strong knowledge of architectural patterns in automation, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Expertise in Microsoft tools: MS Access, SQL Server, Power BI, Visual Basic
  • Experience designing solutions using workflow tools like Appian with diverse integration points
  • Strong knowledge of architectural patterns in automation
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS) and data modeling leadership
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including for non-technical audiences
  • Proven collaboration in distributed, cross-functional teams
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking)
