Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead our Hyperautomation program, responsible for delivering and operating advanced technologies to automate business processes.

This role resides within our Enterprise Architecture & Data Platforms (EADP) organization and requires collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, technical leads, and technology partners to ensure alignment with industry best practices and company standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, think creatively, and have a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving innovation. They will be responsible for managing a team of 8 FTE in Hyderabad and ensuring the delivery of enterprise-grade use cases through a Hub and Spoke delivery model.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and peers to analyze business drivers, identify critical deficiencies, and recommend solutions for improvement. They will also partner with the Enterprise Project Management Office to ensure alignment and execution of plans with project deliveries.

Additionally, the individual will be responsible for ensuring Medtronic's systems and information are protected in accordance with Medtronic's Information Protection Policies and Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruits and grows top talent in the market related to Hyperautomation.
  • Manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.
  • Provides tactical and operational leadership and coaching.
  • Delivers initiatives with an Agile mindset and framework.
  • Understands and uses standard tools, processes, designs, and methodologies for Agile project management, documentation, system development, and implementation.
  • Drives change management and transforms individual automation capabilities into synergistic solution approaches.
  • Collaborates with CoPs/CoEs/PODs across the globe to share best practices and ensure guidelines and guardrails are followed.
  • Implements continuous improvement methodologies to increase platform value, quality, and stability.
  • Ensures platforms meet Service Level Agreements by creating and implementing operational processes and solutions.
Qualifications

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • 7+ years of managerial experience, including goal settings and performance management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and build high-performing teams.
  • Experience in managing large-scale IT projects and programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
