Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and experience working with Appian or Power Apps.

  • Lead Solution Delivery: Organize solution design, development, and deployment efforts for projects by compiling required resources and assigning responsibilities according to a defined time schedule.
  • Ensure Design Quality: Ensure that detailed designs match high-level designs and are traceable to requirements in functional specification.
  • Solution Deployment: Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation and adhere to architectural roadmap.
  • User Experience: Ensure that developed solutions are peer-reviewed, formally documented, and signed off by business stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong Business Domain Knowledge: Strong knowledge in more than one business domain and technology.
  • Advanced Business Analyst and Technology Skills: Advanced business analyst and technology skills, capable of managing and leading a medium to large-sized group of project delivery teams.
  • Agile SDLC Experience: Advanced Agile and hybrid SDLC experience, excellent communication, collaboration, facilitation, and business partnership capabilities.
  • BPM Suite Experience: Very strong background on planning and delivering solutions using BPM suites like Appian, Celonis, Adonis etc.
  • Process Architecture: Strong background in process architecture to classify process levels and apply industry frameworks like APQC.
  • Technical Background: Broad technical background, working understanding of DB development, Java development, XML, integration, and messaging technologies.
