Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Observability Engineer Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Observability platform.

The Observability Engineer Leader will lead a team of engineers in implementing AI Ops capabilities within Grafana and Elastic, ensuring proactive monitoring and anomaly detection. They will also implement automation and intelligent alerting to reduce Mean Time To Recovery (MTTR) and operational overhead.

This role requires a strong understanding of IT operations, Observability, and related fields, as well as expertise in Grafana and Elastic Stack. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing AI Ops, machine learning, or automation within observability platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in IT Operations, Observability, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in Grafana and Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
  • Experience in implementing AI Ops, machine learning, or automation within observability platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform) for Observability workloads.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based Observability solutions, particularly in Azure environments.
