About the Job

This role is a key position in our IT organization, focused on delivering high-quality Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions using ServiceNow.

The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and maintenance of CMDB within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration with other IT Service Management processes and tools.

A strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CMDB development and administration within the ServiceNow platform, as well as proven leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain CMDB within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs.
  • Implement and enforce CMDB data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain CMDB documentation, including data models, workflows, and processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the CMDB development team.
  • Perform regular audits and data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with CMDB development and administration within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven experience leading CMDB projects and teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience integrating CMDB with other ITSM processes and tools.
