Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned ServiceNow developer to design, build and implement innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to development tasks, ServiceNow support and collaboration with process managers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own code from design through delivery of high-quality products.
Tech Requirements:
  • SPM development experience and related integrations.
  • Implementation of Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Strong expertise in Integration, Data source and Transform maps.
  • Implementing ServiceNow workflows, business rules and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance and security.
  • Integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs and other technologies.
  • Configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms, scripts.
  • Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User management including groups, users, roles, ACLs etc.
  • Establishing and maintaining data integrations for accuracy and consistency.
