About the Role

LTIMindtree is currently hiring for a ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and experience in implementing ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.

This role involves working closely with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions and collaborating with project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To implement ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
  • Develop training material and train necessary stakeholders on new process and procedures.
  • Help in identifying issues, gathering data, analyzing, and presenting solutions.
  • Document every development, configuration, and technical details.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Good understanding and hands-on implementing Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, Service Graph Connector (SGC).
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Networking concepts, DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment, etc.
  • Basic understanding of how Industrial control systems work and OT network functions. Idea on Purdue Model architecture.
  • Good to have prior experience on implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management module in ServiceNow.
  • Basic understanding of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations and Power/Shell scripting.
  • Moderate understanding of Database level architecture, how to write SQL queries.
  • Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes. Script includes business rule, script action, etc.
  • Configuration and enhancements capability on the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform.
