What You'll Do:

  • Drive
    end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery
    and ensure client success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Manage
    project timelines, budgets, risks, and escalations
    .
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure
    SLA/KPI adherence
    .
  • Stay updated on
    ServiceNow trends and best practices
    .


What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in
    ServiceNow project delivery/management
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Agile, ITIL, and SDLC methodologies
    .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications
    (CSA, ITSM Implementation, Project Manager) preferred.
  • PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are a plus.
