Role Description

We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Delivery Manager who brings together technical depth, project delivery excellence, and strong people leadership. This individual will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects while aligning with client expectations and business outcomes. You will serve as a bridge between clients, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders -ensuring clarity, ownership, progress, and accountability across all ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Ownership & Delivery Oversight:

o Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple software projects (agile and waterfall models as required).

o Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.

o Identify delivery risks and proactively manage dependencies and bottlenecks.

Team Coordination & People Leadership
:

o Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers.

o Conduct sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stand-ups.

o Drive accountability and high performance while maintaining a healthy team culture.

• Client & Stakeholder Communication:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership.

o Translate client needs and business goals into actionable development tasks.

o Maintain consistent communication and reporting with stakeholders.

• Technical Guidance & Oversight:

o Review technical architecture and major code decisions to ensure feasibility and alignment.

o Technical sounding board and escalation point - developers shouldn't bypass technical scrutiny.

o Ensure development best practices, documentation, and scalable architecture are followed.

• User-Centric Thinking:

o Drive product development with an end-user mindset.

o Actively participate in requirement gathering, UI/UX discussions, and QA handovers.

o Constantly assess whether the output solves the real business problem effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in software development and project delivery roles.

• Proven track record in managing and delivering software projects across different domains

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, sprint management, and DevOps processes

• Background in one or more of the following technologies: Java, , React, Angular, Flutter, or

equivalent

• Excellent people management and stakeholder communication skills

• Technical aptitude to challenge developers constructively and guide them when needed

• Strong analytical thinking with a problem-solving and delivery-focused mindset

• Exposure to tools like JIRA, Trello, Git, CI/CD pipelines, etc.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, or similar)

• Familiarity with AI/ML-integrated systems or data-driven product development

• Prior experience in client-facing consulting roles.
