Role Overview:

The Product Delivery Manager ensures seamless execution and quality delivery of SkilliZee's programs across schools and online batches. The role bridges operations, academics, and partner schools, ensuring every session reflects SkilliZee's promise of engaging, high-impact learning.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage end-to-end implementation of SkilliZee programs across partner schools.


• Coordinate facilitators, logistics, and schedules for flawless session delivery.


• Track delivery metrics, attendance, and school feedback to ensure quality.


• Build strong relationships with school coordinators and ensure partner satisfaction.


• Monitor and report key KPIs like delivery completion, feedback, and renewals.

Requirements
:


• 3–6 years' experience in program delivery, operations, or school implementation (preferably in Ed-Tech / K12).


• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to manage multiple schools and facilitators simultaneously.


• Proficiency with Google Workspace, LMS tools, and project trackers.
