About the Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive to be our voice in connecting with potential homebuyers, pitching property details, and booking site visits that turn interest into action.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement

  • Engage with incoming leads through phone calls and WhatsApp
  • Pitch property details clearly and persuasively to potential clients
  • Schedule and confirm site visits for interested homebuyers
  • Maintain follow-ups to nurture leads into active clients

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handovers
  • Record and update client interactions in CRM tools

Requirements

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
  • Confident, clear, and persuasive speaking style
  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate preferred (but not mandatory)
  • A positive, target-driven attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly
