Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to join our team at RIA Advisory LLP. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development plans to achieve company goals.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to facilitate business partnerships.

• Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.

Requirements

• 6-12 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.

• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and develop actionable strategies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners at all levels.
