Job Summary

The Customer Service Ambassador will lead guest services teams to ensure the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all property operations, representing property management in resolving guest-related situations, and managing the flow of questions and directing guests within the lobby.
