Job Description

The role of a Customer Experience Ambassador is to deliver exceptional customer experiences through engaging and interactive sessions.

  • Create memorable interactions with customers that inspire loyalty and advocacy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Apple ecosystem and its benefits, enabling customers to get the most from their devices.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to help customers improve their technical skills and confidence.
  • Suggest personalized solutions that meet customer needs, driving ownership and satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of internal resources available to support customers in expanding their technical expertise.
  • Perform other tasks as required, including supporting customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing diversity and promoting inclusion.

Key Qualifications

  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or related fields, or relevant transferable skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to live audiences and adapting facilitation styles to meet diverse needs.
  • Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem and its benefits, with the ability to communicate these effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing responsibility and accountability.
  • Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
