Job Description

This role requires the management of employee data and the smooth operation of various insurance policies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to build professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Manage and maintain employee data for clients.
  • Oversee Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies (Employee Health and Benefits policies).
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, corrections through endorsements, and CD reconciliations.
  • Maintain endorsement tracker and ensure timely updates in system.
