Job Description

Promote the adoption of our digitized platform, communicating its benefits and convenience. Assist clients in downloading and using our App, providing training and support for those without it.

Engage daily with food partners to update menu items, coordinate with our tech team to reflect changes on the App, and ensure timely notifications and banner displays.

Conduct Cafe LENS and hygiene checklists, perform hourly governance checks on LENS, and address issues while reporting incidents, accidents, and near misses to the management.

Foster a positive work culture and ensure timely, high-quality service. Gather feedback from employees and clients at cafeterias regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A passionate individual who provides top-notch service to both clients and employees. Strong communication skills in English and local languages are essential.
  • Tech-savvy with basic computer knowledge, honesty, integrity, and self-motivation to take initiatives.
  • A team player with the ability to lead and manage food partner employees.
