Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the data migration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial and accounting datasets during migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, transform, and load data from legacy systems to new platforms.
  • Develop and execute QA test plans to ensure data integrity and compliance with business and accounting rules.
  • Communicate testing results and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA macros).
  • Solid background in QA testing, including writing test cases and performing functional testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
