We seek a seasoned Business Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in the Indian market.

Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying opportunities for expansion and developing strategic customer relationships. You will conduct thorough research on the polymer market in India to inform pricing strategies and stay ahead of competitors.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on the polymer market in India.
  • Sales and Procurement: Source plastic resins from local producers and distributors while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers.
  • Representation: Attend industry conferences and tradeshows to promote our brand and products, fostering connections with key stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture partnerships with resin producers and collaborate with the Branch Manager to optimize logistics and inventory management.

You will also require:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
  • In-depth understanding of the Indian polymer market.
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant business policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrable analytical thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Strong time and task management capabilities.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade or related fields is required. An MBA is preferred.
