
Key Hire for South India Market Expansion

Job Opportunity for a GM-Business Development. Location-Anywhere in South India.
This role involves setting up the Business Development vertical and requires expertise in COCO, COFO, FOCO, FOFO business models as well as competition business models and franchisee policies.
You will be highly acquainted with a franchisee network having opened at least 100 stores yourself (mostly franchisee). Adaptability in Franchisee Sourcing including direct field visits and digital adds is also essential.
A strong network of brokers or market intermediaries is necessary for Properties Sourcing along with an understanding of current market rentals.
Team Management experience handling 1 or 2 team members in the past is required. Additionally you must understand P&L thoroughly and create an Annual BD business Plan.
Geographical understanding of Southern Markets and responsibility for NSO (new store opening) profitability are key responsibilities.
