Job Title: Market Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Expansion Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful expansion of our clients into new markets.

About the Role:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for expanding into new markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on market trends and client progress.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industries, competitors, regulations, and customer segments relevant to client projects.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Map the regulatory landscape in India and prepare checklists/reports for clients.
  3. Business Development: Assist in partner identification and outreach, and prepare client-ready deliverables.
  4. Project Coordination: Coordinate with international clients on timelines, queries, and progress updates.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, International Trade, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1–4 years of experience in research, consulting, international trade, or business development.
  • Strong analytical & research abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory).
  • Ability to create structured presentations & reports.
  • Good knowledge of Indian regulatory and business environment.
  • Familiarity with B2B databases, and research tools.
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
