Job Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Market Development Manager to drive business growth and expansion.

Purpose of the Role:

  • Develop strategic plans to expand brand visibility and grow the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors and architects.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and funnel conversions.
  • Gather and analyze market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for contractors and partners.

Job Summary:

  • Expand our network and consistently meet sales targets.
  • Engage with architects and contractors through product demonstrations and relationship-building.
  • Visit sites and develop funnels to generate and track leads.
  • Monitor pipeline conversion rates and optimize performance.
  • Organize industry events to foster engagement and collaboration.
  • Take corrective action on underperforming partners and products.
  • Drive influencer participation in key programs.
  • Provide regular updates to managers and HQ.
  • Gather and share market insights.
  • Work closely with RSM/ASM to implement strategies effectively.
  • Lead training sessions to enhance contractor skills and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
